1. Acceptance of Terms By subscribing to Social Stream Manager, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use our services. These terms are subject to change, and continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any revisions.

2. Service Description Social Stream Manager helps businesses maintain an active social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content (text, images, and video Reels) on your behalf. We currently support Instagram and Facebook platforms, with more platforms in development.

3. Subscription and Payment You are responsible for paying the monthly subscription fee associated with the service. Subscription details and pricing depend on the number of accounts managed and the volume of posts. Payment is collected automatically, and you can cancel at any time with no additional fees.

4. Cancellation and Refunds You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Beyond the initial 30-day period, no refunds will be provided. Once canceled, your account will no longer be billed for subsequent months.

5. Content Creation and Ownership We create custom content tailored to your brand. You retain ownership of the content and intellectual property provided to us, including images or videos you submit. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content we create for your brand.

6. User Responsibility You are responsible for providing accurate social media credentials and any brand-specific preferences for content creation. You must ensure that any content (e.g., images or videos) you provide for posting complies with all applicable copyright laws.

7. Data Security We take steps to protect your social media account credentials and personal data. However, you agree to take reasonable precautions to secure your own account and password, and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

8. Service Limitations We strive to ensure high availability of our service. However, we are not liable for interruptions or downtime due to factors beyond our control (e.g., outages in social media platforms, maintenance).

9. Changes to the Service We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. If significant changes are made, we will inform you, and if you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription.

10. Termination of Service We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service if we detect any violation of our terms, misuse, or illegal activity related to the use of our service.

11. Limitation of Liability Social Stream Manager is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific results or engagement on your social media platforms. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may result from your use of the service.
